government rules.

Documents Required:
Following documents are required for First Year student Admission:
- Copy of PROVISIONAL ADMISSION LETTER. (Issued by JEECUP)
- Admit Card of Joint Entrance Examination.
- All receipts of fees deposited in Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.
- Original copy of high school marksheet and certificate and one self-attested photocopy each and
a
copy of verification from the internet.
- Original copy of intermediate mark sheet and certificate and one self-attested photocopy and
copy of
verification from the internet.
- Original copy of mark sheet and certificate of ITI/BA/B.Sc/B.Com and other examinations and one
self-attested photocopy each and a copy of internet verification (if applicable).
- Reserved category certificate (if applicable): Original and self-attested photocopy of
SC/ST/OBC/EWS
and copy of NET verification. The certificate should not be older than 6 months.
- Certificate related to sub-category (if applicable): Self-attested photocopy of freedom fighter
dependent/serviceman dependent/disabled.
- Latest income certificate i.e., not older than 6 months.
- Latest residence certificate issued by the competent authority.
- Original copy of Aadhar Card and a self-attested photocopy.
- Character certificate issued by the last institution.
- Transfer certificate/TC issued by the last institution (in original).
- Medical Certificate from GOVT. Hospital/CMO/CMS (in original).
- Affidavit of gap period on prescribed format. (if applicable)
- Four color photographs (passport size) as uploaded in the Joint Entrance Examination application
form.
- Anti-ragging affidavit on prescribed format.
